New technologies inevitably face challenges with full-scale adoption. In the case of Web services, however, there's one obstacle that comes to the forefront over and over. It's not the availability of tools: The release of Visual Studio .NET (VS.NET) means developers now have a tool designed specifically for creating Web services.
